Department onboard all ships on the waterfront.

Certification adherence and Day to Day Pipe planning.

• Controlled all aspects of piping installation for 6 Supervisors under my

direction.

• Responsible for all Production (all crafts) onboard vessel.

Avondale Shipyard/Avondale Industries

• Pipe Dept. Supervisor gaining valuable experience in all phases of piping

process from unit construction thru unit erection to final outfitting and Sea

Trials.

• As a Pipe Supervisor, my areas of responsibilities have been system

completion, instrumentation, multi-tubing, tank / compartment completion,

diagram verification, manning level load planning and titanium piping.

Test Operator\Pipe Fitter

1979 to 1985

Avondale Shipyard / Avondale Industries

• Worked 11 months with Ship Operators during 1983 and 1984. Worked the

SL7 contract. Main area of responsibility was Main Propulsion (Steam plant).

• Worked as a Pipe Fitter/Helper throughout the Main Yard on various contracts

until being promoted to Line Supervisor. Qualified as a P-1 pipe fitter for all

High pressure and Steam systems.
